Refunds must occur within 59 days of the original purchase date. 
This is a requirement of the payment processing companies we use.

It generally takes 18 to 24 hours to finalize payment on an order. 
Cancellations of a finalized order, and refunds which are requested and processed after final approval of an order, are subject to a 15 percent Return and Restock Fee. 

Only unopened bottles may be returned for refund. 
Bottles returned for refund will be subject to the 15 percent Return and Restock Fee. 

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. 

If you change your mind about an order after it has been shipped, just mark "REFUSED" on the package, and give it back to the Post Office or your Postal Carrier. 

If you have not opened the package, the Post Office will return the package at no cost to you. 
If you have opened the package, the Post Office will charge you for the shipping return.
